When I was younger, I managed to get my hands on a tiny Sony Handycam and spent countless hours running around my house making films. I used the only actor available to me--my younger sister--and the only location where we wouldn’t have people walking across our movie set--the basement. With just a camera and our imaginations, we would get lost for hours. 

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to explore all the parts of theater, TV, and film both at my high school, at the USC Summer Program and working in the industry (link to IMDb page). I’ve only just begun my lifelong journey as a filmmaker and am excited to learn wherever I can. The magic of movies to draw us into a new world has played such a huge part in my life. I think we all need an escape sometimes and that we need the fun of exploring new worlds. I can’t thank all the incredible filmmakers who have come before me enough for all they’ve given me. All I can do is do my best to build on their work and help pay it forward to the next generation.
